Sandra Bullock Helps Open Health Clinic in New Orleans

(ETonline) Sandra Bullock made an appearance that marked the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans — by opening a new health clinic.
The actress presided over the opening of the new Warren Easton Charter High School-based health clinic. She is a part-time resident of the city of New Orleans and has donated money to the project. The effort helped rebuild the school and open a new student health clinic on campus.
Standing alongside school nurse Cassondra Ferrand and principal Alexina Medley, Bullock also took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony, flashing her famous smile.
Ongoing efforts to rebuild after Katrina continue in New Orleans. See the Warren Easton Charter Foundation website for more info.
